STAKD ("STAKD", "we", "us") is an app that helps you track your income, expenses, and how much you keep. STAKD is operated by STAKD LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Maryland, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: privacy@mystakd.com.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, advertising ID, or browsing activity. Face ID / biometrics are handled entirely by your device's operating system — we never see or store any biometric data.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for advertising. We do not use your financial data to train any model.

We may disclose data if required by law. If STAKD is ever part of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction; you'll be notified.
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to your records is protected by row-level security, so your account can only read its own data. Your login session is stored in your device's encrypted keychain. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data at any time (see below); when you delete your account, we remove your associated data from our live systems.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@mystakd.com. Depending on where you live (e.g. UK/EU under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
STAKD is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in the app.
